Our Team

Tony grew up in Monmouth Oregon. After graduating high school, he attended Oregon State University where he earned a B.S. in Business Finance with a Minor in Economics. He has worked in sales, insurance and investments for the past twelve years. During the pandemic he started daily runs outside where he noticed the increase in houselessness and wanted to do a part to help the community. He originally volunteered for Our Streets preparing meals—assisting with outreach, and distributing meals on the streets—before eventually joining the team as Finance Manager.



Originally from Lagos, Nigeria, Buchi brings a diverse background as a former special education teacher and camp director. His leadership centers on building stronger communities and driving practical strategies to dismantle systemic barriers.

Since launching Our Streets, Buchi has helped deliver over one million meals, launched multiple affordable housing initiatives, and expanded partnerships across Oregon and Hawai‘i. He also serves as Chair of the Oregon Commission on Black Affairs and sits on the Oregon Advisory Committee for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Named a 2025 Portland Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, Buchi remains deeply committed to mentorship and the power of community.



Daniel grew up in Portland. After college he served as an Agriculture Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Following his service, he completed a farming internship, eventually landing in kitchens and never looking back. Having always been a service minded person, it felt good coming to Our Streets to cook with a greater purpose. In his free time, he likes to hang with his pup, ride his bike and of course cook.

Kings Valley, Oregon native, Joshua “wldmnd” Bowman moved to Portland in 2017 to join the band “Mustrd.” as bassist, while also working under the name “wldmnd” as an artist, executive producer, and mixing engineer. After establishing himself in the Portland music scene, Joshua found ways to connect with community beyond music, thanks to Buchi and the Our Streets team. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two Boston terriers, gaming with friends online, and live music.

Alex was born and raised in Southern California. While pursuing her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Arizona State University, she worked as a tour manager and shop manager at a cafe. Joining the Our Streets team was a no-brainer for Alex as she has always felt driven to serve her community. In her free time, she likes to play bass, get tattoos, and watch Real Housewives.



Jocelyn was born and raised in Oregon. She has volunteered at local recreation centers since the age of eleven and has since continued that journey to her current work at Our Streets. Jocelyn joined Our Streets because it helps the community unite and take action to support those in need. Outside of work she enjoys creating art and attending concerts.

Originally from the Bay Area in California, Caitlyn relocated to Portland in 2015. She received her education from the Nutrition & Culinary Arts program at Bauman College. Caitlyn has dedicated the last 13 years to being a Holistic Gluten-free Chef & Recipe Developer, focusing farm-to-table cuisine designed to cater to diverse lifestyles and needs. When she isn’t whipping up magic in the kitchen, she can be found foraging in wild and urban settings for culinary treasures or unearthing hidden gems at thrift stores.



Born and raised in Portland, Winter has spent the majority of her life in the city. She graduated from Grant High School in 2016 and attended Portland Community College before taking a break from school to work and travel. She eventually studied journalism, creative writing, and sociology at the University of Oregon. Today, she intertwines her passions for writing and photography with her work wherever she can. Outside of Our Streets she likes to cook up new dinner recipes for her friends, see live music, and pour wine at a local urban winery.
